Trick to create digital potrait Azawakh Dog in Photoshop

I will make a photo like a painting by using a photo editing application, Photoshop. In this video, as an example, i will use a photo of Azawakh Dog.

The Photoshop technique used is simple, using the Smudge Tool and changing the color of the photo, becomes photo like a painting. Then add a brush or splash effect to further strengthen the character of the image.

The method and steps in making it may be different for each photo, but the principle the same. Because each photo has a different resolution and quality. It is very influential. So you can improvise when you try it at home.
